Do you remember Elam's?
When I was 14, I worked at Elam's exactly one night. What an experience. Worked one shift and had to pay management because two jerks stole two entire trays and mugs I served them.
Rough night.
But I still loved their root beer, years later.
An antique store now occupies the former building that was Elam's Drive-In Silverfross Root Beer.
Have you visited there?
I wonder if they ever have Elam's souvenirs for sale? They had cute "baby mugs."
