Anyone who knew Bill knew he was a complete character. He never met a stranger in his life. Quick to talk about his favorite coffee, recent trips on his motorcycle, what he was doing at Camp One Way, or share what his children and grandchildren were doing. His love of his children and family never relented. When Bill got a hold of an idea, he never stopped until that idea was a reality. His work in recovery programs and helping kids through the foster care system was a guiding light.
